Equity Benchmarks began the week on a positive note. Supported by leads gain in Bank as well as FMCG shares. The Performance support to the Nifty to hold on to its 9500 marks. The Sensex was up 260.48 points at 30528.60, while the Nifty was up 66.85 points at 9512.25. The Market breadth, however, was narrow as 790 shares advanced against 714 declined shares, while 78 shares were unchanged. Infy, Tata Steel, Hindalco, Dr Reddy and Bosch Ltd to gained the most on both indices, while Auro Pharma, Eichermot, Infy, Infratel, and Hero MotoCo Lost the most.
