Sensex down 27 pts, nifty flat off, mid-stock rally

The first day of the April series closed the end of the day with the downturn of the trading amid the ups and downs. The Sensex slipped 27 points and closed at 29,620. the Nifty flat closed at 9,174. Selling in banking, FMCG, IT and realty stocks fell in the market. In Friday's trade, the most buying activity was seen in midcaps and small-cap shares compared to large-cap stocks. The BSE mid-cap index gained 0.79 percent to close at 14097 marks, while the Nifty Mid-cap 100 index gained 0.51 percent. At the BSE's smallcap index rose by 0.72 percent. In this trading session, selling in banking, FMCG, IT and realty stocks put pressure on the market. Bank Nifty closing 0.82 percent down at 21,444 level. and Nifty's FMCG index fell 0.54 percent, IT index by 0.26 percent and Nifty Realty index declined 0.16 percent.

Nifty Future settled March series at record closing high; Stock Tips Tomorrow

Stock tips, BSE, NSE, share trading tipsThe benchmark Nifty50 on Thursday settled the expiry of March futures & options at the record high after the government moved a step closer to implementing a nationwide goods and services tax (GST) from July. With rollovers at a healthy clip, markets held on to its gains, and it showed in the market breadth which was decidedly strong. Banking stocks continued to outperform, with realty also the following suit on consideration of rationalization of waiver of stamp duty for affordable housing projects. The Sensex ended at 29,647, up 116 points, while the broader Nifty50 closed at 9,173, up 30 points. Nifty April 2017 futures closed at 9189.50 on Thursday at a premium of 15.75 points over spot closing of 9173.75, while Nifty May 2017 futures ended at 9216.40, at a premium of 42.65 points over spot closing.

Sensex hike 122 pts; Nifty settled the day at 9143, Stock Tips for Tomorrow

Stock Market Tips, BSE, NSE, Share Trading TipsThe benchmark indices settled higher tracking the positive trend seen in Asian and global markets. Banking, FMCG, IT and metal stocks have seen in the buying activity and support the market. Speaking in the Lower House, the FM said GST will ensure free movement of goods across the country. Sensex up 164 pts despite sluggish Global Market; Stock Tips


The Equity Market ended with the positive bias on the last fourth day of this week. Sensex ended with 164 points up, at 29332. and Nifty closed at 9,086, up by 56 points. About 1691 shares have advanced 1118 shares decline, and 203 shares were unchanged.

Sensex bounces over 200 points and Nifty trading at 8929, up 50 points or 0.56 percent. whereas Sensex up 203 points or 0.71 at 28946.  1092 shares have advanced, 390 declining shares, and 76 shares are unchanged.
