Today Sensex declined 9.52 points at 26,338. and Nifty down 6.20 point at 8082.40. About 339 shares declined 1057 shares have advanced, and 98 shares unchanged. BSE midcap index gains 0.4 percent at 11,358. BSE smallcap index gain almost 0.9 percent at 11,358. While Nifty 50 midcap index bounces 0.6 percent at 11,380. The Indian rupee opened lower by 11 paise at 68.07 per dollar. While the Friday's trading closed at 67.96 and rupee fell by 72 paise.
L&T, Axis Bank, SBI, Dr Reddy's Labs and BHEL are top gainers while Infosys, TCS, Maruti, Wipro and Reliance are the loser in Sensex.
