The Equity Market ended with the red note. Sensex declined over 100 points and Nifty was around 8500. The end of the day market slipped in the bearish note. After a lot of struggle, The market was ended in the red note.
Sensex ended with losses of 143.63 points or 0.5 percent at 27529.97 and Nifty ended down 63 points or 0.7 percent at 8520.40.
The broader market was closed on the bearish note. BSE midcap index was slipped 0.95 percent to 13292.24. While BSE smallcap index ended with a loss of 0.52 percent to 13107.91
ICICI Bank, NTPC, HUL, ONGC, and SBI were the top gainers, While Zee Entertain, Idea Cellular, M&M, Eicher Motors, and Bosch were the major losers on NSE.
