Sensex gains over 250 pts | Nifty hit 8,700

On Monday, The Equity market has opened at the strong note. Good gains in morning trade with Sensex trading at 271.78 points or 0.98 percent. Sensex opened at 27,997.29, Touched a high of 28,217.63 and a low of 27,919.89 in morning trade. Nifty trading above its crucial support level of 8,700. Nifty rose 89.85 points or 1.12 percent at 8705.75. It touched a high of 8,727.30 and a low of 8,635.00 in early trade. About 1522 shares have advanced, 272 shares declined, and 49 shares are unchanged. 

Sensex Gainers - Maruti Suzuki, M&M, Hero Motocorp, Adani Ports, and Sun Pharma.

Sensex Losers - TCS, Infosys, ICICI Bank, and Wipro.

Sensex remained strong | Nifty above 8,850

On Thursday in early trade, The Stock market opened higher and seems a good condition after the ended on the red note on yesterday. Sensex tries to reach 28,850 and Nifty manage its crucial level of 8,800. 

Sensex trading at 28808.32, higher 302.03 points or 1.07 percent. It touched a high of 28,871.92 and touched a low of 28,766.94 in morning trade. 

Nifty gained 93.00 points or 1.06 percent to 8871.50. It touched a high of 8,893.35 and touched a low of 8,861.30 in early trade. 

About 924 shares have advanced, 99 shares declined, and 32 shares are unchanged on Bombay Stock Exchange. 

The broader market seems in positive strength. BSE midcap index up 0.89 percent at 13288.27. BSE smallcap index gained 0.92 percent to 12939.30. 

The Indian rupee gained on Thursday. It has opened 66.86 per dollar, higher 16 paise versus 67.02 Wednesday. Bank Nifty up 1.33 percent at 20091.20.

Sensex closed marginally down to 28500. Nifty ended nearly its psychological level of 8,800. 

Sensex fell 15.78 points or 0.06 percent at 28507.42. Sensex opened at 28,554.38, touched a high of 28,689.36 and touched a low of 28,462.33 in intraday trade. 

Nifty closed with a gain of 1.25 points or 0.01 percent to 8777.15. Nifty opened at 8,790.30, touched a high of 8,826.85 and touched a low of 8,757.303 in intraday trade. 

BSE midcap index was down 0.07 percent at 13111.77. While BSE smallcaps index  rose 0.19 percent at 12821.36. Bank Nifty also closed with losses of 0.12 percent at 19828.45.

Today the equity market started with the negative note in morning trade. Sensex rose 14.16 points or 0.05 percent at 27812. Nifty up 4.65 points or 0.04 percent at 8544.85.

About 2 shares advanced for every share declined on BSE. BSE midcap index rose 0.5 percent at 12330. BSE smallcap index up 0.5 percent and reached 12160 level.

Bank Nifty declined 0.3 percent at 18640. Nifty Metal index and IT index down 0.5-0.2 percent. while Media, Auto, Capital Goods, Oil and Gas shares showing positive on the sectoral basis.
