On Monday end of the day, The market closed marginally lower amid consolidation after hitting a fresh one-year high on the Nifty in morning trade. The broader market outperformed benchmarks. Sensex fell 48.74 points at 28003.12. It's touched a high of 28,284.85 and a low of 27,873.53 an intraday. Nifty failed to fresh one-year high of 8711.30 hit in morning trade and down 1.95 points to 8636.55. It's touched a high of 8,711.30 and a low of 8,590.50 an Intraday. BSE midcap index gained 0.4 percent at 12700. BSE smallcap index up 0.1 percent at 12,320. The market breadth remained negative as about 1186 shares advanced and 1563 declining shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange. TCS, Tata Steel, Maruti Suzuki, Wipro and Bajaj Auto were top gainers while ICICI Bank, L&T, BHEL, Adani Ports and GAIL were losers in the Sensex.01/08/2016
